About our workshops
Our workshops are designed to be a place where you can relax, learn, and have fun! They are held at our large table at the back of the shop and are limited to 5 participants. If a workshop is full, you can ask to be put on the waiting list.
If you need to cancel your booking, we require 3 full business days to issue you a refund. After that, we will only be able to offer a refund if someone else takes your place. Also, don't forget to put your workshop in your diary! We don't have a reminder system, and are sad when folks miss a booking.
Absolutely loved this workshop. It's great to meet like-minded people, sharing ideas and tips. Debbie is so welcoming and encouraging, and we all left with big smiles on our faces and beautifully hand-dyed skeins of wool in an array of amazing colours. Can't wait for the next workshop!
I had a lovely few hours learning to dye with food colouring. Debbie was a really lovely instructor and explained things very clearly. There was a lovely, friendly, relaxed atmosphere.
I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and look forward to trying out other workshops.
Had a really great afternoon - so interesting and informative! Lovely to sit with like-minded folk and ‘play’ with colour, and fascinating to see how different our results were! Now I just need to make something to do my lovely yarn justice.
I had a great time experimenting on this short course. I came away with a lovely skein of my own creation. thanks.
This was a great workshop and so much fun! Debbie guided us through the colourwheel, and explained the equipment we were using (all readily available and unexpensive). Wandering around the shop for a skein of wool to use as inspiration was the hard part as there are so many gorgeous wools. The actual dying was such fun and I am very pleased with the resulting skein, which I intend to make into a cowl. I also have some ideas for more skeins to do here at home ...
