Wool on the Exe is not just a shop with an amazing selection of yarns but also a source of any information you need as a needleworker. The staff are themselves experts and more than ready to help and advise. In the background, there's always creative work going on - a true community place in spirit and practice.
A truly special shop, knowledgeable staff and beautiful yarn.
This shop supports independent dyers and spinners and gives them the window to show off their products. I feel that this is so important to keep on doing this. It has enabled me to try yarn from people I would never have discovered.
It doesn’t feel like a yarn shop to me either, more like a special, welcoming place to meet with like minded people.
