For many folks, mosaic knitting seems a bit of a mystery. Is it stranded colourwork? Fair Isle? How are those beautiful patterns made ?
In this short, 2 1/2 hour workshop, you'll learn the basics of mosaic knitting. And from there, you will be equipped to take on beautiful patterns using this technique.
This workshop is led by Debbie Judd. To be successful, you should know how to confidently cast on, knit and purl.

Enjoyed a lovely morning learning about and practising mosaic knitting for the first time. Everyone was so lovely and the shop has a really welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. Its so exciting to see a beautiful pattern emerge after such a short time, definitely provided loads of inspiration!
This was a fabulous small-group session that had us confidently working a mosaic knitting design after only two hours. Debbie's accessible instructions and patient guidance totally demystified what seemed like a complicated pattern, and her display of worked designs in this technique will get your knitting needles clacking! I highly recommend this course.
I attended this course run by Debbie this morning. I am enjoying learning new knitting techniques to extend my skills. Debbie is a patient, skilled teacher and showed us examples of how this technique can be used. Beautiful shawls showing how using different yarns can lead to a different finish. And how using garter and stocking stitch can make a difference.
It is very peaceful in the shop and lends itself to a good learning atmosphere.
