This gorgeous yarn is botanically dyed by the lovely Kerry in Frome, Somerset. Here is a little bit about her and her yarn:
"My passion for natural dyeing has grown from a love of nature and the changing seasons. I work with British breed wool and use plants that I forage locally or grow in my garden, think goldenrod, rhubarb root, walnuts, and dock. These give rise to a gorgeous palette of seasonal colours that blend beautifully together. What I love most about working with natural dyes is not just the stunning, earthy tones they create, but the gentler impact they have on the planet."
We were lucky enough to have Kerry join us with her gorgeous yarn for a trunk show recently and these gorgeous skeins are some of the spoils!
