Needlefelt Art: Balloons over Devon

We're so happy to have Laura Wood back to guide and inspire you to make your own Balloons over Devon felt picture. The finished size is approximately 10 inches by 11 inches and will be suitable for framing or made into a cushion cover. 

This workshop is suitable for complete beginners as well as those looking to improve their skills. You will also learn how to incorporate a 3D effect (the balloons!) into your picture. All materials will be supplied.
